Step 1: Login to your MyRx profile
Step 2: Go to My Profile -> Online Consultation -> Manage Consultation
Step 3: Search for a scheduled appointment by status as approved and the required
date.( Date must be current or future date)
Step 4: The Approved appointments will be listed below on the Manage Consultation
page.
Step 5: Click on the Video-Cam icon against one of the approved appointments.
Step 6: You will be redirected to Google Hangouts. Click on “Join Now” to start the session
The video consultation session will begin
